Pleasant Places wraps up another historic project : The Cooper, Charleston’s only luxury waterfront hotel

Pleasant Places is proud to announce that, after years of dedication and hard work, we have successfully completed our role in the opening of The Cooper Hotel. From irrigation and landscaping to laying pavers and essential pathways, our crews worked tirelessly to ensure every detail met the highest standards.

“It was incredibly rewarding to be a part of this project. From the moment I saw the vision for this piece of land, I knew we had the opportunity to build something truly special.” Said Jack Atkinson, Project Coordinator of Pleasant Places. “I am exceptionally proud of our team's performance and the final results. I look forward to our continued partnership on future projects”

As Charleston's first luxury waterfront hotel, this project marks a significant milestone for our community, offering a new level of luxury and tourism potential. We look forward to providing exceptional service and supporting any future needs for this stunning property.

“As a lifelong resident of Charleston, I believe this development is a significant step toward maintaining our city’s position as a premier destination in the United States.” Said Walker Williams, Marketing Manager of Pleasant Places. “The level of luxury this project offers surpasses anything previously built here. We have truly never seen a development of this caliber in our community.”

We would like to humbly thank BL Harbert International for their partnership on this project, and the Beemok Hospitality Group for the opportunity to help create a monumental and historic Charleston project.
