A Grand Arrival Reimagined: The Completed Allée at The Charleston Place

Pleasant Places completed a comprehensive landscape enhancement of the Allée and arrival areas at The Charleston Place, creating a refined, cohesive entrance that complements the hotel’s historic architecture and luxury character. The work included installing a formal tree-lined Allée, layered evergreen shrubs, ornamental groundcovers, seasonal color, and decorative container plantings throughout the drive, pedestrian walkways, and surrounding courtyards.

Our team carefully integrated the new landscape around the property’s mature live oaks and existing architectural features. The scope also included bed preparation, mulching, detailed plant placement, granite edging, final grading, pruning, and landscape finishing. The completed Allée provides guests with a lush, welcoming approach defined by symmetry, year-round structure, and vibrant seasonal color.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Beemok Hospitality Collection and Choate Construction for their partnership and collaboration throughout this project. Years in the making, this transformation reflects the dedication, coordination, and craftsmanship of every team involved. We are especially proud of how closely our crews worked together to overcome challenges, maintain the highest standards, and bring the shared vision for The Charleston Place to life.
