Owners Association
Our maintenance contract with the
Seabrook Island Property Owners
Association started at the beginning of
2001 and continues today.
By working with the Seabrook Island
POA, we have been able to maintain this
property to the highest of standards.
We maintain over 30 miles of road
shoulders and many common areas
throughout Seabrook Island.

Dunes West
Our maintenance contract
with Dunes West was started
in late 2002, and continues
today. By working with
Dunes West developer,
John Wieland Homes, we
have been able to make
dramatic improvements
to the subdivision.
We maintain all road
shoulders and common
areas throughout Dunes West.

Family Circle Cup Tennis Facility
Worked with Hill Construction and Seamon,
Whiteside, and Associates in installing the
irrigation system and landscaping for the
new tennis facility at Governor Daniel
Island Park on Daniel Island, SC.

Hamlin Plantation
Worked with the Sintra Corporation and Seamon, Whiteside
and Associates to install the landscaping and irrigation system
for this new subdivision in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
